• Eaton Finance team is looking for a PAFA CoE Manager to support the next phase of the PAFA organization's growth and maturity.

• Reporting to the PAFA CoE Leader, this role will provide dedicated ownership of strategic initiatives, process governance, transformation efforts, and capability development across the CoE.

• The role is intended as a governance and transformation investment, not an additional layer of transactional supervision.

• As the PAFA CoE evolves beyond its initial centralization phase, increasing complexity across process standardization, controls, automation, compliance, stakeholder management, and future expansion requires focused leadership capacity.

• This position will help advance key Finance priorities, including centralization, governance, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, while supporting accurate accounting, strong stakeholder partnerships, and the continued maturity and scalability of the PAFA CoE.

• Coaches and develops future leaders, building succession strength and organizational capability.

• Identifies skill gaps and implements development plans to support current and future business needs

• Champions CI, automation, and digital transformation to enhance effectiveness and scalability.

• Creates sustainable solutions that address root causes rather than temporary fixes.

• Identifies emerging risks, opportunities, and capability gaps and proactively develops solutions

• Demonstrates courage to challenge existing processes and drive necessary change.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

• CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA

• Leadership Experience Required, Minimum 10+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers, supervisors, or cross-functional teams
