Job summary

Uflex in Jammu is seeking a Packaging- Junior Engineer Trainee to join the Pouching line. The role includes on-the-job training to understand and operate basic machine functions within the packaging process.

As a diploma holder in Electrical, Maintenance, or Electronics, you will learn programming, machine setup, tooling changes, and maintain accurate work records on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with basic machine functions.
• Diploma in Electrical, Maintenance, Electronics required.
• Trainee role with training provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Receive regular training as part of a structured programme to learn operation.
• Assist with programming and set up machine equipment for new products and functions.
• Learn to adjust machine control and process parameters.
• Assist with tooling changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate data/records/documentation of work.
