In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Build, automate and release solutions based on clients' priorities and requirements.
  2. Explore and discover risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring to the table potential solutions.
  3. Ensure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Should be able to configure SuccessFactors as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SF Modules.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements.
  • Working experience in MDF objects, Business rules, API, Provisioning, Data Migration, Workflows, Integration Center.
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
  • This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module with valid certification as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external Time Management integrations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Design, implement, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
  • Provide effective, concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management.
  • Should have knowledge in Jira tool and working experience in service now ticketing tool.
