Job summary

IBM Bengaluru invites an experienced process mining specialist to join its consulting practice. The role focuses on extracting and modeling event log data from SAP and non‑SAP systems into Signavio Process Intelligence, building dashboards, and identifying optimization opportunities across client processes.

The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, deploy KPIs, and ensure process health and compliance through robust analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years hands-on experience in a process mining platform, with at least 1 year in Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Proficient in ETL processes, SQL, and data transformation for process mining projects.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting process data and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Conversant with common data flows/tables in SAP processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to business users.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load ETL event log data from SAP and non‑SAP systems into Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Build, validate, and maintain process mining data models, visualizations, and dashboards tailored to client scenarios.
• Analyze process execution, identify variants, bottlenecks, deviations, and present improvement suggestions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) event log data from SAP and non‑SAP systems into Signavio Process Intelligence.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• At least 8-9 years of hands‑on experience in comparable process mining platform (Celonis, Disco, etc.) of which at least 1 year in Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and data transformation for process mining projects.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting business process data, root cause identification, and process optimization.
• Conversant with common data flows/tables in SAP processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business users

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Familiarity with advanced features of Signavio Process Intelligence (custom widgets, signal configuration, pseudonymization of data)
