Technical Support Executive : (Pune)

Experience in networking background preferred, especially in VoIP, ISP industry.

Handled team and calls, preferred for senior positions, with experience in ISP Router configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Handling client and solving problems with proper solutions.
• Interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
• Preparing and updating ticketing documentation.
• Understanding of KPI and completion of KRA.
• Resolving network issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• CCNA, CCNP Certification, or any other relevant courses for Networking and Hardware.
• Understanding of VoIP protocols.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Basic knowledge of CRM.
• IP addressing, Subnetting, and Subnet masks.
