Job summary

PayU is hiring a P3 Social Media & AI Content Creator in Mumbai to drive AI-informed content and social growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp. You will shoot, edit short-form videos, conduct voxpop interviews, and craft compelling stories that align with LazyPay’s brand.

You’ll ideate campaigns, leverage AI tools for ideation and automation, and own content across platforms while collaborating with the marketing team to optimize performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content for social media across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp.
• Proven video shooting and editing skills for social media.
• Ability to confidently interact with people for voxpop or street-style interviews.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation and ideation.
• Strong storytelling, ideation and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and own social media initiatives.

About the Role:

Content Creation

• Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Whatsapp
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and social-first video formats
• Conduct voxpop interviews and street-style content where required
• Create compelling visual and video storytelling aligned with the LazyPay brand

Ideation & Creative Strategy

• Generate fresh and innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content formats
• Identify and leverage trending topics, memes, and cultural moments
• Develop recurring content series and formats for LazyPay’s social channels

AI-Driven Content Creation

• Actively use and experiment with AI tools for ideation, video creation, editing, and content automation
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI-driven creative tools
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into LazyPay’s social content strategy

Platform Ownership

• Manage and maintain LazyPay’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and content output across platforms
• Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to execute social media campaigns

Execution & Optimization

• Edit and produce high-quality content optimized for social media engagement
• Monitor performance of social media content and refine strategies accordingly
• Ensure timely publishing and consistency in social content output

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and internet culture
• Proven experience in video shooting and editing for social media
• Ability to confidently interact with people for voxpop or street-style interviews
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation and ideation
• Strong storytelling, ideation, and creative thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media initiatives

• Experience managing brand social media accounts
