Job summary

bp in Pune seeks a P&C Partner to drive strategic People & Culture initiatives across the organization. You will work with partners and CoE to deliver talent, DE&I, and employee engagement programs while aligning with business needs and data insights.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or professionally qualified in HR; postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• 10 years’ experience across a range of people & culture disciplines in commercial/operational environments.
• Proven capability in talent management, ER, change management, and organizational development.
• Project implementation/execution experience in complex, geographically dispersed environments.
• Strong partnering and coaching with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Align with partnering and CoE to develop, plan, and execute prioritized strategic people initiatives.
• Translate priorities into tangible actions and deliverables for delivery teams.
