Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and define data-driven solutions* Perform comprehensive data analysis, including data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation, to ensure data quality and integrity.* Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.* Develop and implement data integration strategies, including Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, to consolidate data from various sources.* Contribute to the development and enforcement of data strategy and governance frameworks to maintain data security and compliance, including aspects of Digital Security.* Leverage strong commercial acumen to translate analytical findings into tangible business value and strategic recommendations.* Participate in group problem-solving initiatives, offering data-backed perspectives and fostering collaborative solutions.* Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Engage in data sourcing activities to identify and acquire relevant datasets for analysis.* Apply deep data domain knowledge to interpret data accurately and derive meaningful conclusions.**Job Qualifications:*** **Experience:** 5+ years* Proven experience in Commercial Acumen, demonstrating an understanding of business drivers and financial implications.* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.* Strong proficiency in Data Analysis, including statistical analysis and problem-solving.* Expertise in data cleansing and transformation techniques.* In-depth data domain knowledge relevant to the energy sector (preferred).* Solid experience with Data Integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes.**Additional Information**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
