The Opportunity

As business partners supporting Roche Digital Technology (RDT) / Roche Information Solutions (RIS), we partner with the business to explore new frontiers to deliver medical advances and high-medical value for our future Insights Business. In this role as P&C Business Partner in Pune, India, you'll play a crucial role as part of a diverse Business Partner network dedicated to shaping the future for our combined digital hub for the RDT & RIS. You will be encouraged to collaborate and contribute towards architecting a data driven organization which delivers healthcare solutions that enable more personalized and patient-centric care. In this role specifically, you will be tagged to our Roche site in Pune, India where you will be enabling the growth and development of our RDT & RIS footprint in Pune. You will also have the opportunity to shape the culture and employee experience at our Pune site.

In this position you will

• Have the mindset of a business leader and entrepreneur
• Partner flexibly with multiple leadership areas in the business as part of the APAC network
• Collaborate closely with your global and regional business partner network & relevant Business Leaders to understand long term business needs and strategic P&C priorities
• Translate business strategy into P&C strategies for the leadership areas and drive fit for purpose implementation
• Lead and drive change initiatives, people streams, Work Product Teams (WPTs) and squads to embed and implement the overall P&C strategies for the Pune site Support Work Package Teams / squads or initiatives in other parts of the business based on overall priorities
• Be accountable as a trusted strategic partner and coach for creative leadership, advancing organizational design and effectiveness (including driving transformation in mindset, behaviors and ways of working), for building a diverse and inclusive work culture, and securing future talent and capabilities.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of broad and progressive HR management or consulting experience in or with organizations recognized for best HR practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (related field) preferred, and/or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred
• Passion for and focus on building a diverse and inclusive work culture
• Proven ability to lead with a creative mindset, acting as a coach and mentor for leaders
• Systems thinking, proven ability to work effectively across multiple business areas, teams and key leadership areas in a fast paced environment
• Ability to influence with courageous authenticity and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization, challenging the status quo when appropriate
• Effectively diagnose long term P&C needs, and shaping and leading initiatives to address them
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively address all organizational levels
• Experience working in a healthcare, software or technology platform company preferred
• Fluent in English
