Key Responsibilities:

• Developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Providing deep technology insights to the Executive Leadership Team and influence strategic business decisions.
• Defining product strategy and delivering Product vision through Agile Product Development processes.
• Identifying and leveraging the emerging-technologies/trends to continually innovate in Fintech space.
• Implementing strategic changes into the technology to improve efficiency.
• Using stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Overseeing data security, management, and governance.
• Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.
• Managing Technology Staff to ensure they achieve their objectives linked with the business strategy and success.
• Building self-motivated teams that build high end scalable solutions from scratch.
• Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Establishing and managing clear vision, goals, and objectives.
• Working with human resources and other functions to establish inclusive and conducive work culture with the assistance from advisors.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Management (IT or Project or Product) – preferred but not mandatory.
• 15+ years of management experience in a technology role.
• Advanced technological skill sets and a demonstrated history with technology.
• Broad knowledge of software engineering languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), public speaking and presentation skills.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the big picture.
• Ability to function as a motivator, a great leader, and an out-of-the-box thinker.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product through its life-cycle – planning, analysis, design, and improvement phases.
• Expert in developing and designing scalable products/applications, delivering practical solutions to hard technical challenges in distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high performing technology teams
• Powerful blend of technology, vision, and business acumen with expertise in full project life cycle management and client/vendor relationship management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Angular / .NET / SQL development, Workflow / automation platforms (e.g., Tibco) a plus.
• Experience with big data ingestion, movement, and integration (Data Engineering competency a plus).
• Graph technologies and NLP machine learning are a plus.
