Roles and Responsibilities

1. Counseling students about study abroad services and test prep courses such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT, IELTS, and TOEFL and taking registrations for both test prep and study abroad services.
2. Maintaining linear and progressive growth in student service:

• Starting from counseling about the course
• Managing their test preparations
• Assisting in finding their college of choice
• Applying to colleges on behalf of students
• Submitting the required documents to the colleges

Ensuring punctuality in all areas: batch monitoring, student mentoring, and application submission.

Maintaining accurate reports: (i) student attendance, (ii) batch progress report, (iii) student feedback report, (iv) student application report, (v) sales report.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Conducting cold calls to potential clients to promote overseas education opportunities.
• Generating revenue through sales of educational services, including enrollment fees and tuition payments.
• Providing career counseling to help students choose the right course and university for their academic goals.
