• Prior experience in study abroad consulting, student advising, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a student-centric, ethical approach.
• Comfort communicating in English; additional regional language skills will be beneficial for local student engagement.

Aim Britz prepares students for success through online mock interview sessions and end-to-end guidance throughout the study abroad journey. Role Description The Overseas Academic Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The advisor will guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs and institutions abroad, with a focus on destinations such as the UK, Canada, and other key study abroad locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students and families, assessing academic profiles and career goals, explaining admission requirements and application processes, and supporting documentation and visa-related procedures in coordination with the internal team. The advisor will conduct online and in-person counseling sessions, help prepare students for interviews and assessments, and maintain accurate records of each applicant’s journey. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams, participating in seminars and events, and staying updated on international education trends, university policies, and immigration guidelines.
