TekWissen Group is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to join our CoE and drive architecture and delivery across client projects in a hybrid, Bengaluru-based role.

You will lead teams, design scalable apps with 3-layer architecture, and ensure REST/SOAP integrations meet requirements while mentoring peers in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in OutSystems projects; 2+ years in technical lead roles.
• Design applications using the OutSystems 3-layer architecture.
• Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and extensions.
• Strong UX design knowledge applied to apps.
• Ability to analyze logs and fix issues efficiently.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• OutSystems certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of OutSystems.
• Lead implementation of solutions addressing technical and business problems.
• Mentor juniors and lead project teams during delivery.
• Support practice activities and client engagements.
• Work in a consulting and client-facing environment.

Job Description:

• We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to join our OutSystems CoE. During your time with us, you will be exposed to a broad and interesting range of projects and support the Head of OutSystems in RFP, technical challenges or other demands on the practice/team
• As a Tech Lead, you will drive the implementation of innovative solutions that solve complex technical and business problems, ensuring that all architectural best practices are being followed.
• You will need to have a strong technical background, be able to design app-level architecture, and have experience leading a team.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will report directly to the Head of OutSystems
• Implement solutions that solve complex technical and business problems
• You will work closely with the other developers to support the implementation, mentoring and leadership during projects but also support junior developer training and evolution
• Support the practice in any activities needed
• Working in a consulting and client environment
• Working in Agile way forms

What experience you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 6 years of Experience in OutSystems projects (ideally +2 years on Technical Lead roles).
• Ability to design applications/solutions following the OutSystems 3-layer architecture principle.
• Proven experience in developing integrations with other systems (e.g. Consume/expose REST and SOAP APIs, create Extensions, etc.)
• Good knowledge of UX design principles and ability to apply them when building applications/solutions.
• Ability to analyse different types of logs (e.g. error logs, monitoring logs and performance logs) and ability to identify and fix errors and issues.
• Bsc. in Computer Science or similar field of studies
• Good problem-solving skills
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Motivation to acquire knowledge in the area
• Minimum OutSystems certifications required: OS Associate Reactive Developer and OS Professional Traditional Web Developer or other OutSystems Specializations (Architecture or Security)
• OutSystems Associate Tech Lead and Insurance experience is a plus
