Responsibilities

• Architectural design: design scalable, high-performance OutSystems applications and enforce standards.
• Development & implementation: lead development, provide technical guidance, implement security and performance practices.
• Project management: collaborate with PMs to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder collaboration: translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement: stay updated on OutSystems trends and promote learning within the team.

Architectural Design:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Define and enforce application architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Development and Implementation:

• Lead the development team in coding, testing, debugging, and deploying OutSystems applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Implement best practices for application security, performance, and maintainability.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with business goals.

Continuous Improvement:
