Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement all ERP modules as required.
• Conduct user training, software testing, and monitor ERP issues.
• Create SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
• Maintain knowledge of firewall, hardware & software installation, email configuration, network & printer troubleshooting, and internet connectivity issues.
• Administer user permissions, network files, remote access, and software backups.
• Manage disaster recovery plans for network files and software backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software requirements.
• Manage IT assets.

Experience

7-8 years of relevant experience.

• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
