Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Chennai seeks a seasoned leader to drive presales and end-to-end OSS design for multi‑vendor networks in the telecom domain. You will shape solutions, conduct effort estimation, and present win themes to CxO/VP‑level stakeholders.

You will architect greenfield stacks aligned to TM Forum ODA/eTOM/SID, guide migrations with minimal disruption, define roadmaps toward autonomous networks and zero‑touch operations, and govern multi‑year programs with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales engagements (RFP/RFI) and solution architecture.
• Experience in end-to-end OSS design across inventory management, service assurance, fault/performance management, order fulfillment and orchestration.
• Familiar with TM Forum ODA/eTOM/SID architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements and present win themes to CxO/VP telco stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end solution design across OSS domains (inventory, service assurance, fault/performance, order fulfillment, orchestration).
• Architect greenfield OSS stacks aligned to TM Forum standards, including vendor/tooling selection and reference architecture creation.
• Define the roadmap toward autonomous networks—closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration and zero-touch operations.
• Lead brownfield OSS modernization and legacy-to-target migrations with minimal service disruption across multi-vendor networks.
• Own inventory reconciliation, data migration and cutover strategy across RAN, Core, Transport and IP/Optical domains.
• Own delivery governance for multi-year, multi-workstream programs—scope, schedule, risk, quality and financials.
• Act as single technical accountability across design, build, test and operate phases, coordinating L1/L2/L3 delivery teams.
• Establish and track program KPIs/SLAs, steering committee reporting and executive dashboards.
• Mentor solution/delivery leads and build reusable accelerators, frameworks and playbooks across engagements
