Job summary

Infosys is hiring an experienced MES Lead to implement and support Aveva PI Historian-based MES solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Aveva PI Historian, MS SQL, and industrial connectivity, with strong leadership and domain knowledge in MES/MOM.

The successful candidate will lead deployments across multiple sites, configure MES modules, and coordinate a team of developers. Experience with OPC DA, SCADA/HMI, and middleware like Informatica or SAP PI/PO is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Aveva PI Historian and MES/MOM deployments.
• Strong MS SQL and SSRS reporting in MES context.
• Experience with OPC DA and SCADA/HMI integrations.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and industrial connectivity.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES deployments and operational support using Aveva PI Historian, AF, Vision, and ParcView.
• Configure MES modules: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Inventory.
• Manage a team of MES developers across multiple sites.
• Integrate MES with ERP and Quality systems via middleware like Informatica or SAP PI/PO.
• Troubleshoot MES performance and implement minor enhancements.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SQL queries.
• Enable shop-floor connectivity using OPC DA, Kepware, and SCADA/HMI.
• Collaborate with architects to translate solution architecture into work plans.
