Hiring for multiple locations including Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nashik, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Entire South, UP, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Hyderabad, Indore, Delhi, Pune, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Bilaspur, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Jalandhar, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Panjim, Noida, Surat, Vadodara.


Brief Summary:

As a Relationship Executive, your responsibilities include generating leads, meeting customers, and driving scheme sales. Your main focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with both in-store and potential customers to meet sales targets. You will also participate in local area activities and exhibitions to promote sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential customers through on-ground surveys and other lead generation methods.
  2. Arrange and conduct 2-5 customer meetings daily to promote scheme sales.
  3. Present ORRA Fine Jewellery schemes to customers and address their queries.
  4. Follow up with potential customers to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
  5. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer preferences and requirements.
  7. Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery options based on their preferences and budgets.
  8. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about ORRA Fine Jewellery.
  9. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  10. Participate in local activities, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  11. Represent ORRA Fine Jewellery professionally at events.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
  13. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to management.
Desired Skills:
  1. At least 6 months of relevant retail sales and lead generation experience, preferably in jewellery.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  6. Ability to conduct surveys and identify potential customers.
  7. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and participate in events.
