• Perform analysis and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Subscription management, Order Management, Pricing, AR).
• Gather requirements and document business processes.
• Demonstrate cloud processes versus ERP applications and document designs.
• Support system conversions and provide cloud best-practice guidance to the team.
• Manage functional issues and liaise with Oracle Cloud Support.

Responsibilities

• Leverage subject matter expertise within Oracle cloud Order to Cash; continue to build upon existing knowledge and develop new knowledge for areas within Order to Cash Operations.
• Evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience and execute on selected enhancements/improvements.
• Perform analysis and functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules Order To Cash Cloud modules (Subscription management, Order Management, Pricing and Account Receivables).
• Gather requirements and document business processes.
• Demonstrate how cloud processes are different from ERP applications.
• Document business processes and technical designs.
• Support System conversions.
• Provide Cloud functional application guidance to team regarding Cloud best practices during implementation.
• Manage functional issues and work effectively with Oracle Cloud Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/related discipline
• 3 - 6 years of implementing Oracle Fusion Order to Cash experience required
• Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and recommend solutions that address expressed needs within the project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to illustrate ideas, concepts, recommendations, and technical/complex information in a clear and concise timely manner, at a level consistent with the audience
• Fluent with Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong organizational skills including demonstrated tenacity for following up with team members and leadership on outstanding items
