Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, focused on SAP SD end-user activities. The role involves Sales Order Entry, export logistics, and close coordination with CHA, transporters, and logistics partners.

Strong communication and O2C process knowledge are essential for seamless order-to-cash execution. Experience with export clearance, vessel/flight bookings, and pre-/post-shipment documentation will be advantageous.

Job description

• 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with hands-on SAP SD end-user experience is mandatory.
• Practical experience in Sales Order Entry and Export Logistics activities.
• Good understanding and hands-on exposure to export clearance, vessel/flight booking, and pre- and post-shipment documentation.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Experience working with CHA (Customs House Agent), transporters, and manufacturing organizations will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams, customers, CHA, transporters, and logistics partners.
