Job summary

Applied Materials India is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in sales administration. You will create quotations and opportunities in ERP under supervision and ensure accurate Sales Orders are entered in ERP, while escalating any unmet customer requirements and handling inquiries by phone, email, and fax.

The role requires a B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc, M.Com or MBA and 3–5 years of related experience, with MS Office and SAP ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc and M.Com, MBA degrees are required.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations/opportunities in ERP under supervision and provide to customer.
• Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP under supervision.
• Escalate customer requirements not being met.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax.
