Qualifications

About the Role
We’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate individual to build a career in Network Operations Center and to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting Network infrastructure for our customers around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge and working experience on various network management/monitoring tools. Working experience of Ticketing tools.
  2. Experience on various WAN technologies, installing and managing routers & switches.
  3. Experience on networking protocols TCP IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH, etc.
  4. Knowledge & worked on routing protocols, RIP, OSPF, BGP and switching technology, HSRP, STP.
  5. Working experience on access list configurations, VLANs, and various network technologies.
  6. Identification, analysis, and resolution of problems regarding network & link management.
  7. Work experience on Nexus, Cisco devices and troubleshooting on network/WLC/AP related issues.
  8. Working experience of monitoring and management of various Network devices like Router (Cisco, Juniper), Switches (Cisco, Nexus, Juniper, HP), etc.
  9. Working experience on F5 LTM/GTM with troubleshooting skills. Working experience for F5 in creating NODE, POOL, VS & working of iRule and creation of new iRule based on Customer requirement. Good understanding of SNAT and hands-on in implementing.
  10. Reporting & Documentation.
  11. Understanding of any NetFlow Analyzer, Accelerators, Cisco ACS, WLC.
  12. Handling Technical Escalations received from Customer.
  13. Good communication skills while responding to Customers.
  14. Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendors.
  15. Follow various Industry Standard Processes in terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
  16. Knowledge and awareness of ITIL standards and industrial best practices.

About You
This is a remote monitoring, management of network devices. You should have a positive outlook and a get-the-job-done attitude. Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Network Operations. You should be ready to work in 24×7 Shifts.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  1. Any Graduate.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Network Operations.
  3. Relevant experience in remote technical support of Network solutions.

Certifications:

  1. CCNA & CCNP (Switch & Route) certified (Mandatory).
  2. CCNP / F5 certified (Preferred).

Skill Set:

  1. Good in Nexus, Cisco/HP/Huawei Network device (Routers & Switches, etc).
  2. Good communication skills verbal & written.
  3. Worked in a shifts environment.
  4. Good Team Player.
