Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Consultant with 11+ years of expertise in Oracle Warehouse Management Systems and exposure to presales activities. The role involves leading solution design, implementation, and supporting business development through technical solutioning and client engagement.

The candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions, and drive integration with Oracle EBS and related modules.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in Oracle WMS.
• Strong expertise in warehouse management processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, LPN).
• Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle WMS implementations.
• Good understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules integration.
• Exposure to presales activities (proposals, demos, estimations).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution proposals and effort estimates.
• Participate in client presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide thought leadership during client discussions and workshops.
