Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle WMS Cloud specialist to join the consulting team. You will implement inbound/outbound workflows, configure modules, and drive cloud-based warehouse solutions.

You\'ll collaborate with clients, conduct workshops, and design solutions, translating business needs into actionable system configurations and POC projects. You\'ll also work with procurement, logistics, and IT teams across client environments, fostering innovative cloud-based SCM outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud WMS and Oracle Logfire with strong manufacturing background.
• Functional experience configuring Oracle WMS Cloud applications – inbound/outbound shipments.
• Knowledge of Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship, and Shipment Transportation.
• Understanding of Fusion Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement and other SCM Cloud Modules.
• Understanding of Facility and item master configurations.
• Knowledge of Cloud Support processes.
• Experience conducting client workshops/solution design and configuration on the module.
• Infor WMS candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, actively support problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and vendor information; build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Assist in configuring solution requirements on products; diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality value-added solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and refine data for client deliverables.
• Stay aware of latest technologies and trends; demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess domain knowledge across one or two industries.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
