Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on configuration, solution design, and troubleshooting across OTM modules including planning, rate management, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience with OTM implementations and a solid background in OTM agent configuration, Workbench customization, and workflow setup, supporting client ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex rate configurations including External Rating.
• Support integration, reporting (BIP/TI), and troubleshooting.

Job Title: OTM Techno Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience in OTM implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in transportation planning, rate management, integrations, reporting, financials, and workflow automation. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues within the OTM ecosystem.

This role may involve working with or supporting one of MatchPoint Solutions’ client organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Experience working on OTM Implementation and Enhancement projects.
• Ability to design solutions and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with OTM Agent configuration.
• Workbench customization and configuration.
• Planning constraints setup.
• Complex rate configuration, including External Rating and Rate Services.
• XSL and Stylesheet development/customization.
• Integration setup and troubleshooting.
• OTM Reporting (BIP, TI, Pre-Alert).
• Strong problem-solving skills with quick issue resolution.
• Knowledge of OTM Financials.
• Experience with Master Data management and project migrations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations and enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience with OTM Agents, Workbench customization, workflow configuration, and planning constraints setup.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in OTM configuration, solution design, and transportation business processes.
