Role Description

The Oracle Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Hyderabad campus. The Oracle Trainer will deliver instructor-led training on Oracle technologies, including database concepts and related tools, through classroom sessions, labs, and workshops. This role involves designing and updating course curricula, preparing learning materials, and demonstrating real‑time examples and project scenarios to support practical understanding. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project evaluations, providing constructive feedback and mentoring students toward successful placements. Collaboration with other trainers and the academic team to maintain high training standards, as well as participating in technology workshops and corporate programs, is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, with hands‑on experience in Oracle technologies and related tools.
• Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Practical experience in Software Development, preferably using Oracle databases and associated frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to design and update training content, lab exercises, and real‑time project scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in Oracle are an advantage.
• Experience in academic or corporate training environments is preferred.
