Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Techno-Functional leader in Pune to bridge business, functional, and technical teams for Oracle ERP implementations. You will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle applications, and ensure seamless integrations with Oracle APIs and third-party systems.

The role requires leadership to drive project delivery across global stakeholders and to oversee full lifecycle implementations with adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 2-3 full end-to-end lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS modules.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own functional blueprinting, design, and configuration for core modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials, Manufacturing).
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Review architecture, database schemas, and mapping logic to ensure functional alignment.
• Architect data flows for integrations using Oracle APIs and SOA patterns.
• Lead full lifecycle implementation from requirements to post-go-live support.

As a Techno-Functional leader, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical development teams. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, configuring Oracle applications, and ensuring seamless integration across Oracle and third-party systems. A strong understanding of Oracle APIs, SOA architecture, web services, integration frameworks, data migration, and custom development approaches is essential for success in this role.

In addition, the Manager role requires leadership capabilities to drive project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of full lifecycle implementations. You will oversee solution architecture, testing strategies, deployment activities, risk management, and post-go-live support while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and organizational standards.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle ERP solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Functional Design Mastery: Own the comprehensive functional blueprinting, solution design, and configuration for Order to Cash,Procure to Pay, Financials and ManufacturingModules.




• Technical Team Coordination: Serve as the primary bridge between business tracks and the technical development team. Translate complex business needs into clean functional specifications that technical teams can easily execute.




• Technical Design Comprehension: Actively review, evaluate, and understand technical architecture documents, database schemas, and custom code designs to ensure alignment with functional expectations.




• Integration & API Strategy: Architect functional data flows for system integrations, demonstrating a strong understanding of Oracle Standard/Custom APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) middleware patterns.




• Full Lifecycle Implementation: Lead the solution track through all phases of a full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, application setup, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stability.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record of at least 2-3 full end-to-end lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS modules.




• Functional Expertise: Advanced, deep-dive functional knowledge of Oracle

1. Order to Cash,Procure to Pay, Financials and ManufacturingModules.

• Integration Knowledge: Strong conceptual and functional understanding of 3PL Integration, Oracle Discoverer Reports,Workflow,APIs, and SOA integration infrastructure.




• Technical Literacy: Ability to read, understand, and critique technical designs, code components, and mapping logic provided by technical developers.
