Job summary

Antal International is seeking an Oracle EPM Technical Analyst to manage our Oracle EPM Cloud system and connect Oracle Fusion GL to FCCS during deployment. You will own system administration post go-live and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure data flow and timely reports.

You will handle data integration, dimension updates, and security across Dev/Test/Prod, while supporting month-end close and developing technical runbooks for audits and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ IT/finance systems experience with Oracle FCCS.
• Understanding of financial consolidation incl. currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience using EPM Data Exchange and creating data pipelines.
• Nice to have: Oracle EPM certification, Fusion GL experience, Groovy scripting, or PBCS/ARCS/TRCS.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated data loads from ERP/GL into EPM using Data Management.
• Update dimensions (Entity, Account, Intercompany) and map the Chart of Accounts.
• Manage Dev, Test and Prod environments; handle monthly updates and backups.
• Monitor month-end close activities; fix load errors and update mappings.
• Assist in design workshops, write/run test scripts, support UAT/cutover, and create runbooks.
• Help Finance build financial reports and dashboards in FCCS.

Job Title : Oracle EPM Technical Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Technical Analyst to manage our Oracle EPM Cloud system. You will help connect Oracle Fusion GL to Oracle FCCS during our current implementation and take full ownership of system administration after go-live. You will work closely with the Finance team to keep data flowing and reports running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Build and manage automated data loads from ERP/GL into EPM using Data Management. Handle mappings, load rules, schedules, and errors.
• Master Data & Metadata: Update dimensions (Entity, Account, Intercompany) for corporate changes like acquisitions or restructuring. Map the Chart of Accounts with Finance.
• System Administration: Manage Dev, Test, and Prod environments. Test monthly Oracle updates, handle backups, and manage user access/security for audits.
• Month-End Close Support: Support the Finance team during month-end by monitoring jobs, fixing load errors, and updating mappings quickly.
• Project Support: Help in design workshops, write and run test scripts, support UAT/cutover, and create technical runbooks.
• Reports & Dashboards: Help the Finance team build financial reports and dashboards in the FCCS application.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT or finance systems, with hands-on Oracle FCCS experience.
• Good understanding of financial consolidation (currency translation, intercompany eliminations).
• Experience using EPM Data Exchange and creating data pipelines.
• Nice to have: Oracle EPM certification, Oracle Fusion GL experience, Groovy scripting, or experience with PBCS, ARCS, or TRCS.
• Soft Skills: Ability to explain technical issues to Finance users, strong documentation skills, and a calm attitude under tight month-end deadlines.
