Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks an experienced professional to implement Oracle Cloud Financials HCM security and controls. You will lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of automated controls, and integrate identity management for SSO using OKTA and SailPoint across systems.

The role requires 3+ years of hands‑on experience, knowledge of RMC modules (AFC/AAC/FRC), and the ability to support audits while coordinating multi‑project efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials HCM Security & Controls.
• Full life cycle implementations including Design, Configure, Test and Deploy phase.
• Experience in design, implementation, testing and deploying of business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls.
• Experience implementing RMC modules including AAC, AFC and FRC.
• Integrations with identity products for enabling SSO (OKTA) and identity management (SailPoint).
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as it relates to automated controls.
• Strong knowledge of key business processes, risks, and controls.
• Capability to support internal and external audits.
• Experience in change control, problem management, and incident management for security solutions.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead security controls design and configuration for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Coordinate audits and ensure evidence of controls is available.
• Implement identity integrations for SSO and governance tools.
• Support SSO (OKTA) and SailPoint integration efforts across systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on control tests and deployments.

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as it relates to the design and development of automated controls.
• Strong knowledge of key business processes, the inherit risks, and potential controls.
• Ability to support both internal and external audits.
• Experience in the areas of change control, problem management, incident management troubleshooting of security solutions.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally.

Duration: 1-year contract with a possibility of extension
