Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Architect to lead the design of global supply chain solutions, spanning SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Procurement. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle from requirements gathering to SIT, UAT, and go-live.

With 12+ years in Supply Chain and 10+ years as an Oracle Apps SCM Consultant/Architect, you will shape strategy, optimize warehouses and inventories, and mentor consultants as part of a global rollout across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution; Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Active Oracle Cloud Implementations Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud).
• Leadership: success in leading cross-functional teams and global rollouts across diverse regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of global supply chain solutions including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from requirements to SIT, UAT and go-live.
• Provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity.
• Mentor consultants and help grow the Oracle practice with accelerators.
• Guide cross-functional teams across regions (USA, Europe, Asia) on delivery improvements.

Oracle SCM Manufacturing and Planning1 Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.

Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.

Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.

Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Desired Qualification
