Job summary

Iitjobs Inc. in India seeks an experienced Oracle CX/Service Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end implementation and design across CX Sales, Order-to-Cash and service domains.

The role focuses on Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio, and Express Studio, plus designing integrations with ERP/CRM via OIC and REST/SOAP APIs. You will own UAT, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements for Oracle cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).
• Re-architect and configure Oracle CX apps using Redwood UX, VBS, and Express Studio.
• Design scalable solutions across lead-to-opportunity, service requests, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP/CRM platforms using OIC or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead UAT, address complex technical issues, and provide L2/L3 maintenance and enhancements.

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy) for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).
• Redwood Experience Design: Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the modern Oracle Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Express Studio.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions spanning lead-to-opportunity management, service request management, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing.
• Integrations & Customizations: Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address complex technical issues, and provide ongoing L2/L3 application maintenance and enhancement support.
