Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Lead for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS to lead development and production support efforts. You will architect configurations, drive integrations with POS, ERP, WMS, and Merchandising, and act as escalation owner for critical issues.

Candidates should demonstrate deep Oracle Retail experience, SaaS/Cloud deployments, and exposure to large retail environments. Will mentor junior staff and coordinate with Oracle support teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring.
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises.
• Experience in 24x7 support models.
• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS.
• Coordinate with business users and Oracle support teams.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and integrations.
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS.
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases.
• Analyze issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS - Technical Lead

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises
• Experience working in 24x7 support models
• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS
