Job summary

EY in India is seeking a motivated ERP Analytics professional to support finance transformation initiatives with Oracle TRCS focused on consolidation and reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience in multi-entity environments, strong accounting principles, and collaboration with regional teams to deliver accurate financial statements and process improvements. You will design, test, and implement system-based solutions, contribute to automation, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in financial consolidation and corporate accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle TRCS implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and consolidation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of consolidated financial statements per applicable standards (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Ensure timely consolidation for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, and minority interest calculations.
• Manage foreign currency translation adjustments across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather and validate financial data.
• Analyze consolidated data and prepare variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Maintain group chart of accounts and ensure data consistency across subsidiaries.
• Support audit requirements with necessary schedules and documentation.
• Assist in automation and process improvements related to consolidation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support our finance transformation initiatives, with a focus on financial consolidation processes. This role will contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of system-based solutions using Oracle TRCS. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in consolidation and reporting, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen interest in finance systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP).
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of results for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, and minority interest calculations.
• Manage foreign currency translation adjustments for entities operating in multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams and controllers to gather and validate financial data.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in end to end Oracle TRCS implementations.
• 4 to7/8 years of experience in financial consolidation and corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and consolidation methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with multi-entity environments and group reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of reporting tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior involvement in finance transformation projects.
• Experience of implementing end to end Oracle TRCSimplementations.
• Exposure to project environments with agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in large corporate or multinational environments.
• Passion for automation, process improvement, and modern finance practices.
• Oracle TRCScertification is a strongly preferred.
