Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an Oracle PPM - Manager to lead consulting on Oracle Financials across a global client portfolio. You will configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Finance, manage project planning, and coach teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will analyze client needs, drive finance transformation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while leveraging Hyperion Financial Management.

As an Oracle PPM - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
