Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, tables, collections and views.
• Architect and optimize Oracle database solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Review and approve database design, data models, and SQL/PLSQL code.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using execution plans, indexing strategies, and Oracle tools.
• Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with application teams for database integration.
• Manage data migration, archival, and transformation activities.
• Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance standards are met.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
