Job summary

Leading Client in Pune seeks a seasoned Oracle OTM/GTM consultant with Fusion Cloud experience to lead end-to-end implementations. The role demands strong business process exposure, configurations, data conversions, and RICE work, with client-facing leadership in discovery and design sessions.

You will guide cross-functional teams through integrations with other Oracle modules, manage documentation, and support UAT and go-live hypercare. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience implementing Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM modules.
• Lead consultant experience for Oracle OTM/GTM.
• End-to-end GTM: trade compliance, sanctions, license management.
• End-to-end OTM: shipment planning, networks, freight, rates, landed cost.
• Integration with Order Management, Inventory, Shipping/3PL.
• At least 1 end-to-end GTM/OTM Cloud implementation.
• RICE design/build experience and configurations.
• Strong discovery, Fit-Gap analysis, and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements.
• Advise on best practices, map processes to functionality, document requirements, configure, and assist testing.
• Support workshops (process, design, configuration, test, validation).
• Communicate effectively (presentation skills, MS PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate ownership, teamwork, and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and solve problems.
• Lead project documentation: configuration guides, process flows, user stories, test scripts, and UAT support.

Must have Skills:

Oracle OTM/GTM Position 8+ Yrs, Oracle Cloud Logistics, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)

Description:

Candidate should have experience (6-8 years) in Implementing Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM modules

Candidate needs to have good understanding of implementation life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultant for Oracle OTM/GTM.

Worked on end-end functionalities of GTM like Trade compliance screening, Sanctions screening, license Management, Agents, etc.,

Worked on end-end functionalities of OTM like Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs handling, landed cost Etc.,

Integration Knowledge with other modules in Oracle cloud like Order Management, Inventory, Shipping/3PL.

Experience of at least 1 End to End Implementation Oracle GTM/OTM Cloud.

Oracle GTM/OTM Certification is preferred

Hands-On experience in Configurations, Data Conversions & worked on RICE component design/build

Demonstrate expertise during Discovery sessions to gather business requirements & conduct Fit-Gap analysis

Should have strong understanding of business processes and able to design and deliver the solution.

Experience of preparing & managing project document deliverables like Configuration Guides, Process flows, User Stories, Test scripts & Testing and able to support UAT and post Go-live Hypercare

Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.

Responsibilities:
