Job summary

BCforward in Pune, India is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM consultant to lead implementations and drive client success. The role requires 6-8 years hands-on experience with OTM/GTM modules, strong lifecycle knowledge, and ability to lead discovery and design sessions.

You'll collaborate across functions, map business processes to delivered functionality, and support testing, UAT, and go-live hypercare. Oracle GTM/OTM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of implementing Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM modules.
• Lead consultant experience on Oracle OTM/GTM implementations.
• End-to-end GTM functionalities: trade compliance, sanctions, licenses.
• End-to-end OTM functionalities: shipment planning, rates, landed cost.
• Integration with Order Management, Inventory, Shipping/3PL.
• At least 1 end-to-end GTM/OTM Cloud implementation.
• Certification in GTM/OTM preferred.
• Hands-on config, data conversions & RICE components.
• Discovery sessions to gather requirements & perform Fit-Gap.

Must have Skills: Oracle OTM/GTM Position 8+ Yrs, Oracle Cloud Logistics, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)

Description:

Candidate should have experience (6-8 years) in Implementing Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM modules.

Candidate needs to have good understanding of implementation life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultant for Oracle OTM/GTM.

Worked on end-end functionalities of GTM like Trade compliance screening, Sanctions screening, license Management, Agents, etc.,

Worked on end-end functionalities of OTM like Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs handling, landed cost Etc.,

Integration Knowledge with other modules in Oracle cloud like Order Management, Inventory, Shipping/3PL.

Experience of at least 1 End to End Implementation Oracle GTM/OTM Cloud.

Oracle GTM/OTM Certification is preferred

Hands-On experience in Configurations, Data Conversions & worked on RICE component design/build

Demonstrate expertise during Discovery sessions to gather business requirements & conduct Fit-Gap analysis

Should have strong understanding of business processes and able to design and deliver the solution.

Experience of preparing & managing project document deliverables like Configuration Guides, Process flows, User Stories, Test scripts & Testing and able to support UAT and post Go-live Hypercare

Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
