Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with 6+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 3+ years in Fusion Cloud ERP. You will lead O2C configuration, AR processes, and data conversion from EBS to Fusion SaaS, collaborating with tech teams and business users to ensure SIT/UAT and smooth go-live.

Strong communication and documentation skills are required to prepare design docs, user training materials, and interface

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience, including at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP consulting and implementation.
• Successfully implemented at least 2 major Oracle ERP/Fusion projects for clients across any industry.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion O2C modules and core configurations.
• Strong understanding of Account Receivables and complete Order-to-Cash business process flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion O2C functional configuration, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Support customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, tax authority approval processes, taxation, revenue recognition, collections, write-off process, and accounting treatment at each stage.
• Lead AR master data and transaction data conversion from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion SaaS.
• Collaborate with technical teams for inbound and outbound interfaces from/to Accounts Receivable.
• Participate in discovery sessions, requirement analysis, gap fitment, design, development, and testing of business requirements.
• Prepare configuration documents, functional design documents, process documents, and user training materials.
• Respond promptly to user queries and concerns while ensuring project deliverables meet customer specifications.
• Coordinate with business users and project stakeholders to support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
