Job summary

Kairos Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle NRCS Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support, administration, and enhancements for Oracle Narrative Reporting integrated with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud. The role focuses on monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting cycles and ongoing optimizations across ERP and EPM platforms.

The candidate should be proficient in NRCS, EPM Cloud, Fusion ERP, Smart View, and related reporting tools, and capable of coordinating with Oracle Support

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Oracle NRCS, EPM Cloud and Fusion ERP
• Experience with Report Packages, Books and Bursting
• Familiarity with Smart View and FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS workflows
• Ability to perform L2/L3 production support and reporting automation

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and administration for NRCS in Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Report Packages, Books, Bursting Definitions and Management Reports.
• Configure reporting templates, grids, dimensions and metadata.
• Troubleshoot Smart View, report generation and formatting issues.
• Support integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, FCCS, EPBCS and ARCS.
• Assist business users with report preparation, review and approval workflows.
• Perform monthly patch testing, data validation and metadata synchronization.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and implement approved enhancements and automation.
