Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced IBIC Oracle Management Consultant (Basic) in Bengaluru. The role requires leadership in ERP-focused engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end process design and deployment across client environments.

Applicants should have 8-10+ years in consulting or large organizations, strong communication skills, and exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in leading consulting firms or large global organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of process domain including process decomposition, best practices and process controls.
• Ability to lead process design discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders across multiple applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple local, state and international client locations as required.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and readiness to execute to deliver results.

IBIC Oracle Management Consultant Basic

Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

8-10+ years of relevant work experience of managing these responsibilities in Leading Consulting firms or Large Global organizations.

Strong working knowledge of relevant process domain including process decomposition, best practices and process controls.

Ability to lead process design discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders cutting across multiple applications in the client landscape.

Ability to travel to multiple local, state and international client locations when and if required.

Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail but is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what is required to get the job done.

Preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft Tools such as Visio and Project
• Strong team leadership/project management skills
• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, solution architecture, process and solution design, solution evaluation, solution validation and deployment
• Involvement in multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations with hands on experience with process design
• Exposure to and basic understanding of industry leading ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.

Project Management

Lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics. Provide overall project management necessary to deliver a quality solution that meet client business requirements.

Project management responsibilities include

• Developing plans based on a thorough understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements, workflows, budgets, billing, collections; prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal deliverables and other materials.
• Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation.
• Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, ensure timely resolution of same.
• Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Review status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.
