Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a senior Consulting Delivery professional to drive world‑class practices and processes for clients. You will interface with middle and senior client personnel to develop implementation strategies, build project plans, and address issues during engagements, delivering design and technical solutions for ERP and related initiatives.

The role requires leading design workshops, shaping architecture, coordinating across applications, and ensuring end‑to‑end processes align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for a year of education
• 8‑10+ years of relevant work experience in leading consulting firms or large global organizations
• Strong working knowledge of the relevant process domain, including process decomposition, best practices and process controls
• Ability to lead process design discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders across multiple applications
• Willingness to travel to local, state and international client locations as needed
• Ability to work as part of a cross‑cultural team and support multiple time zones when necessary

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design workshops, capture requirements, share best practices, and document the process solution including key elements such as process controls
• Contribute to the design of the overall solution architecture, determining which processes will live in which applications and which will serve as the master repository for specific data objects
• Provide process design experience in recommending and assessing process design solutions and alternatives
• Offer input on design and integration issues based on knowledge, previous implementation experience, and process best practices
• Recommend business implications of specific process design solutions
• Ensure end‑to‑end process design delivers practical, integrated business solutions that align with corporate and business strategies and vision
• Validate process design and communicate potential issues and obstacles
• Establish strong working relationships with clients and participate in business development opportunities to build add‑on business for the practice and firm
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present end‑to‑end solutions during orals for ERP and other applications, driving business transformation
• Support proposals with domain knowledge in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystems
