Job summary

Athena Consultancy Services in India seeks an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) specialist to provide L3 support, design OIM provisioning workflows, and develop connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, SAP, and other apps. You will work on provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• OIM provisioning and reconciliation.
• OIM connectors and adapters.
• Java/J2EE, XML, SQL.
• LDAP / Active Directory.
• Oracle WebLogic Server.
• IAM concepts: Provisioning, SSO, RBAC, authentication and authorization.
• Experience in L3 production support and incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support and administration for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Handle complex incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem management.
• Design, develop, and maintain OIM provisioning workflows and processes.
• Develop and customize OIM connectors for applications such as AD, LDAP, databases, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Work on user provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, role management, and access certification.
• Configure and troubleshoot OIM adapters, scheduled jobs, reconciliation rules, approval workflows, and request management.
• Develop and troubleshoot Java-based customizations and OIM plugins.
• Integrate OIM with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), LDAP/AD, WebLogic, and other IAM components.
• Perform application onboarding and develop/customize provisioning solutions.
• Analyze application/server logs and resolve production issues.
• Perform performance tuning and support upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams for complex issues.
• Prepare RCA, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
