Job summary

Percepta seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Technical with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials. The role focuses on production support, integrations, solution development, and stakeholder management.

You will lead technical development for Oracle EBS Financials, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and mentor junior team members while delivering reliable, optimized systems for our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong expertise in iProcurement, iExpense, Payables and Purchasing modules.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, OAF (Personalization / Customization) and Oracle Workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and production support for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and support Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, APIs, and third-party interfaces.
• Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members and business partners.
