• Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Knowledge of Oracle Redwood UI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• Develop complex SQL queries and optimize report performance.
• Build and consume Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs for data integration and automation.
• Design and develop applications and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Configure and integrate Oracle Redwood-based user experiences where applicable.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Oracle AI capabilities and AI Agents to automate HR processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather reporting and integration requirements.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration components, and reporting frameworks.
• Troubleshoot reporting, API, and integration issues and provide production support.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
