Key Responsibilities

• Execute existing automated regression test suites for Oracle HCM quarterly platform releases.
• Execute regression automation for internal releases as per the established release schedule.
• Analyze test results, identify failures, and determine potential defects requiring resolution.
• Validate failed test cases and perform re-runs to confirm results.
• Create and maintain defect tickets with reproduction steps, environment/build details, logs, screenshots, severity recommendations, and impacted business processes.
• Maintain test execution evidence and documentation.

Required Deliverables

1. Regression Execution Report: Test run ID, execution window, pass/fail summary, failed test cases, supporting evidence, and re-run results.
2. Defect Tickets: Detailed defect descriptions, reproduction steps, environment/build information, logs/screenshots, severity recommendations, and impacted business processes.
3. Suite Maintenance Log: Details of test suite updates, reasons for changes, links to changes, and impacted test coverage.
