Job summary

MPC Cloud Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle HC M Data Migration lead for a hybrid role in Bengaluru. You will steer design, development and support of enterprise integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party apps, leveraging OIC and HCM technicals.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, code reviews, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust integrations across systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
