Enphase Energy, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Senior Engineer to design and develop ERP features within Oracle Cloud ERP, coordinating between applications and business units to deliver projects and updates.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules, strong techno-functional skills, and a track record of building OIC integrations and OTBI/BIP reports. Onsite 3 days a week with a plan to move to 5 days over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud ERP is essential.
• Proven experience developing OIC integrations with third-party applications and building Oracle Fusion BIP/OTBI reports.
• Proficient in Custom extensions, SQL, PL/SQL, Programming Skills, databases.
• Functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business flows.
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enforce code quality standards across development, testing, version control, and bug tracking activities.

About the role

Enphase is looking for Oracle Techno Functional. In this role, candidate will be responsible for Developing & Supporting existing custom solution/Processes built in PaaS/SaaS. Candidate should be able to coordinate between multiple applications/business and deliver the projects/objects. You will be part of the IT ERP team and report to SCM IT Lead.

What You Will Do

• Design & develop new features / enhancements for Oracle Cloud ERP based on Business Needs & deploy after testing

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering
• Strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud ERP is essential
• Proven experience developing OIC integrations with third-party applications and building Oracle Fusion BIP/OTBI reports
• Proficient in Custom extensions, SQL, PL/SQL, Programming Skills, databases
