Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead in India to spearhead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations across PaaS/SaaS/IaaS, reporting to the ERP Director.

You will mentor teams, ensure scalability, and oversee mission-critical integration solutions. You will lead OIC-based integrations, AI-powered patterns with OCI GenAI, and establish governance and standards for enterprise adoption.

About the role:

Enphase is looking for an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions across PaaS/SaaS/IaaS platforms. You will drive technical strategy, mentor development teams, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple applications and business units. As a key member of the IT ERP team reporting to the Director ERP, you will be responsible for ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical integration solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and OCI services
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered integrations leveraging OCI Generative AI, OCI GenAI Agents, and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio
• Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption
• Evaluate and recommend integration patterns, tools, and technologies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to ensure solution quality and scalability
• Design and develop advanced REST/SOAP services, XML, XSLT transformations, and integration artifacts
• Build sophisticated integrations leveraging Oracle Cloud adapters, pre-built connectors, and custom solutions
• Develop complex SQL/PL/SQL components, packages, functions, and advanced BI reports (BIP/OTBI)
• Lead Oracle ERP/SCM technical initiatives, including Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain APIs
• Drive performance optimization, load testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise integrations
• Mentor and guide technical team members on OIC development, best practices, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate across multiple application teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions
• Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and code reviews
• Provide technical estimates, risk assessments, and project planning support
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and support frameworks for production integrations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes including technical design documentation, testing strategies, and deployment procedures
• Support incident management and root cause analysis for critical integration issues
• Expertise in integration patterns: batch, real-time, event-driven, and hybrid architectures
• Strong knowledge of API management, OAuth, security protocols, and encryption standards
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of cloud-based integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
• Demonstrated leadership in driving technical initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Execute and Own SOX Controls and work with IA and External Auditors.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (minimum 7 CGPA)
• 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years in a technical lead or architect role
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware like (Boomi, MuleSoft) with proven track record of delivering complex integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle PaaS services (ATP/DBCS/OCI)
• Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and agentic architectures — Oracle AI Agent Studio, OCI GenAI Agents, or open frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP-based tooling)
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience designing database architectures and performance tuning
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM) and integration patterns
• Experience with OCI architecture, cloud security, IAM, and data governance practices
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under pressure
