Job summary

Jade Global Software Pvt Ltd in India is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Lead with 12+ years of hands-on experience across Supply Chain and Manufacturing to drive end-to-end delivery of Fusion SCM solutions.

You will partner with business leaders, lead functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, upgrades, and ensure SOX compliance while optimizing processes and reporting with OTBI/BIP.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM expertise.
• Strong functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Fulfillment.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, UAT, production support, and quarterly upgrades.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to work with Supply Chain VPs, Operations leadership, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional design, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
• Provide functional expertise across Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, MRP/Supply Planning, PDH, NPI/NIR, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Logistics, and Fulfillment.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and clearly communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and drive process optimization.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, training, documentation, upgrades, and production stability.
• Support SOX, audit, compliance, and operational controls including segregation of duties and period close.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using OTBI/BIP and Oracle Fusion data.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams on Fusion SCM integrations and end-to-end solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and reduction of recurring production issues.
• Act as a trusted strategic business partner rather than a ticket-queue owner.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Lead with 12+ years of hands-on experience across Supply Chain and Manufacturing. The candidate will partner closely with business and Supply Chain leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions and drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional design, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
• Provide functional expertise across Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, MRP/Supply Planning, PDH, NPI/NIR, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Logistics, and Fulfillment .
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and clearly communicate solution decisions, risks, and recommendations.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders and Supply Chain leadership to understand processes, identify gaps, and drive process optimization.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, training, documentation, quarterly upgrades, and production stability.
• Support SOX, audit, compliance, and operational controls , including segregation of duties, audit traceability, cycle counts, physical inventory, costing, and period close.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using OTBI/BIP and Oracle Fusion SCM data.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams on Oracle Fusion SCM integrations and end-to-end solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and reduction of recurring production issues.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with Supply Chain VPs, Operations leadership, and senior manufacturing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, process optimization, and business-outcome mindset.
• Experience in SOX/compliance and audit-controlled environments .
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-velocity, changing business environment .
• Flexible to work till midnight IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM certification(s).
• Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Device, or other regulated manufacturing environments .
• Experience with NPI/NIR, regulated manufacturing, and supply chain transformation .
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integration technologies and architecture.
