Job summary

Randstad NV seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud professional based in Bengaluru to lead and deliver multiple Oracle Cloud implementations. The role requires a strong track record in Oracle Fusion and PPM modules, plus experience in workshops and client engagement.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with several years of related work experience, possess excellent communication, and be prepared to travel extensively for client projects.

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion certification required.
• Delivered Oracle Cloud project implementations or acted as super user across two or more modules.
• Experience with Project Contract Billing and Revenue, Resource Management, Task Management, Time and Labor for Projects.
• Seven or more years of relevant business experience in Oracle Cloud.
• Experience leading workshops for business process design/configuration.
• Bachelor's degree (or graduate degree) with related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willing to travel up to 90% for client projects.

• Oracle Fusion certification, combined with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across two or more of the following Oracle Cloud PPM modules
• o Project Contract Billing and Revenue,
• o Resource Management,
• o Task Management,
• o Time and Labor for Projects
• 4 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops.
• 7 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle Cloud applications.
• Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions.
• A bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel up to 90% as required for specific client projects.
